Can I see it before I decide?

Viewing costs nothing and carries no obligation: we weigh it in front of you and quote the gold value, the making charge and VAT as separate lines, with the stones on a line of their own for a set piece.
Does the price include VAT?
A quote is given as gold value, making charge and 5% VAT (and the stones, for a set piece), each on its own line, so the total you are quoted is the total you pay. Jewellery, including 22K coins, carries 5% VAT; only 24K bars and coins of 99% purity or more are zero-rated. Visitors may be able to reclaim VAT through the UAE tourist refund scheme; ask in store whether your purchase qualifies.
